 Reconciliation Reconciliation is recognizing that something needs to change. People need to listen, trust, and respect one another before they can solve problems and work together successfully. We will identify the silent barriers - hurt feelings, misunderstandings, cynicism, gossip, disrespect - that are preventing achievement of individual and collective goals. This process creates an open and safe forum for dialogue and decision-making. |

 Renewal The focus here is on discovering and aligning the goals and concerns of individuals with those of the group. Through this process we continually develop skills and tools to overcome the silent barriers and revitalize relationships. We then develop a plan for integrating the new directions, decisions, and behaviours into your family, business, organization, or partnership. |

 Relationship To achieve and sustain productive relationships requires individual as well as organizational commitment to the renewal plan. Through concerted practice, the new directions and their resulting behaviours and attitudes become integrated into the revitalized culture. We offer guidance through regular check-in's/tune-ups to help you evaluate new directions and successfully adapt to changing needs at all levels. |
