Delivery Modes

A variety of methods are utilized to deliver the Business Harmonizer™ program. Each one is customized for a client's unique needs and circumstances. Delivery modes include:

Facilitation - A safe forum for meaningful dialogue is cultivated so participants can speak honestly and authentically about their concerns. Any conflict that arises is compassionately addressed and resolved. The facilitation process ensures that everyone has the opportunity to be heard and to receive each other's concerns, thus fostering a environment that promotes problem solving, trust and teamwork.

Workshops - Customized group workshops that focus on specific themes are developed to meet individual client needs. For example, your organization's goal may be to develop a higher level of team trust, or perhaps you want to become more customer-focused in your service delivery. We will design and guide you through a participatory workshop that will result in shared understanding of the stated objective, and a specific and well-understood action plan for achieving it.

Retreats - From half-day in-town sessions to off-site, multi-day retreats we collaborate with you to develop retreat programs that give participants the opportunity to reflect on key issues and future goals away from the day-to-day demands of daily operations. Retreats are also valuable opportunities for renewing relationships, having fun together, and improving group harmony. At the conclusion of each retreat participants are encouraged to develop of a plan of action for incorporating the momentum generated by the retreat into operations.

Consultations - Consultations are confidential sessions focused on specific issues or concerns. Private sessions focus on your requirements to gain insight and offer guidance, resources, and tools for solutions.

Coaching - Coaching sessions follow and build on the results of other interventions. Whether acting as a coach for individuals, teams or organizations, we are there to encourage progress, offer guidance, help evaluate results, and identify any needed adjustments.
